16 June 1986 - 775 metres of double track to be laid in snow hill tunnel (1866 London Chatham and Dover Railway extension from Herne Hill to Farringdon) to restore cross London service closed with last freight train operating in 1969 and track lifted in 1971.

The Westcad workstation (replaced original Panel 1) opened on 12 04 04 to control St Pancras interim station then the core area from 17 07 06, taken out of use from 14 03 15 when control transferred to Three Bridges ROC.  South of Farringdon to Victoria (VS) from 10 04 12, - 14 03 15.
